What we collect
To run the anonymous chat service, Duofield stores:
- Your Telegram user ID, public username and the language your Telegram app reports (provided by Telegram)
- The profile details you choose to set: gender, and optionally a display name, age, country, city, a short status, a profile photo, interests, and whether you appear in Discover
- Chat records: who you were matched with, when, for how long and how many messages were sent — never what was said
- The days you used the bot, your Coins and Points balances and their history, and your purchases with Telegram Stars
- Discover activity: the likes and chat requests you send and receive
- Reports and blocks you make or receive
- Moderation events: when our filter blocks a message, the rule it broke and a short excerpt of that message (up to 200 characters), so it can be reviewed
- The rewarded ads you watch, and when you block or restart the bot, together with the type of the last notification we had sent you
What we do NOT store
- We do not store the content of the messages you and your partner exchange
- We do not store your phone number, IP address or device identifiers, or your real name unless you type it into your profile
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising
Who else receives data
- Telegram delivers every message and processes Telegram Stars payments
- AdsGram, our ad provider: when you choose to watch an ad, we send AdsGram your Telegram user ID and language so it can show and verify the ad. Nothing is sent to AdsGram unless you ask for an ad
How we use the data
- To match you with other users in real time and in Discover
- To process purchases with Telegram Stars: Coins, the 24-hour pass, VIP and early unbans
- To credit rewards for the ads you choose to watch and the friends you invite
- To enforce moderation: detect spam, links and abuse, respond to reports and ban abusive accounts
- To compute aggregate statistics about how the service is used, and to improve it
How long we keep it
Chat records, the days you used the bot, moderation excerpts and block records are deleted after 90 days. Your account and profile stay until you delete them. Purchases and Coins and Points records are kept for accounting.
Cookies and analytics
The website at duofield.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. These are plain static pages: no third-party scripts load, nothing you do here is recorded, profiled, or shared with anyone, and there is nothing to opt out of.
The Telegram bot itself runs inside Telegram and follows Telegram's own privacy practices.
Your rights
Send /forgetme to the bot to delete your data: your profile, chat history, likes, blocks and reports are erased (you can do this once a month). Purchases and Coins and Points records stay on record for accounting. Blocking the bot does not delete anything; it only stops the bot from messaging you.

Age restriction

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via the bot.
